Delivery Policy and Schedule:

The delivery hour are from Monday to Saturday from 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM.

Sundays and Holidays from 8.00 AM to 12.30 PM, any modification we will inform you previously.

Preferentially do your order form with 24 hours of anticipation, and indicate the hour and date of the delivery.

Order deliveries at the same day will be made in a period of 4 to 5 hours since the moment we receive the confirmation of the order

Special dates like: Valentine's day, Secretary’s Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, we recommended you to do the order with 48 hours of anticipation and the schedule of delivery will be made during the day or the closest day to the indicated hour.

In the moment of delivery the order You will receive a confirmation email of the order, and the person who received it.

The deliveries that aren’t accomplished for absence of the person at the indicated house or office; will be coordinated in a new hour, by phone with the indicated person, then the flowers will be changed so we can guaranty that the product arrive in good conditions.

All our products have guaranty. In case the product arrive in bad conditions, we will accept the change with 24 hours notice of receiving the product; the client has to comunicate with us and we will do the delivery of another product in perfect conditions, picking up the other one.

The customer is responsible of giving us the exact address of the delivery house or office, if this is not the case, we will contact us with the addressee to do the delivery.
